Implementing the plan to train and foster political theory lecturers in 2022, in the afternoon of April 18th, 2022, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) held the opening ceremony of a training of trainers (ToT) course on the program to foster and update knowledge for officials under the management of the Standing Committee of the district, sub-district, town and city party committees and equivalents (subject 4) for officials and lecturers participating in teaching programs at political schools of provinces and centrally-run cities in an online form. Assoc. Prof., Dr. Duong Trung Y, Vice President of HCMA attended and chaired the ceremony.

Through the training program, students would be strengthened, supplemented and updated with the basic content of each topic, thereby creating consistency in teaching and implementing the program content and documents for fostering subject 4 at provincial political schools. They would also be equipped with new knowledge, especially with regard to the implementation and application of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress in lecture topics.
