Regarding contributions of the dissertation:

Based on the assimilation and continuation of results from previous scientific works: Firstly, this study clarified some theoretical issues regarding Political Theory Education (PTE) and Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on PTE for the local officials. The dissertation generalizes, systematizes, and further analyzes certain theoretical issues regarding PTE for key local officials and Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on PTE. This serves as the theoretical framework for evaluating the current state. Secondly, it analyzes the factors affecting PTE for key local officials in Quang Nam province today according to Ho Chi Minh’s ideology. Finally, it examines the current state of key locall officials and the reasons behind the strengths and weaknesses of PTE for key local officials in Quang Nam province today, according to Ho Chi Minh’s ideology. This helps to elucidate the issues in PTE for key local officials in Quang Nam province.

 

New points drawn from research and survey results:

 

The dissertation identifies the issues arising from the current state that need to be addressed in the near future. Based on this, the dissertation proposes directions and five solutions to improve the quality of political theory education for key local officials in Quang Nam province by 2030 with a vision to 2045. These include: (1) Enhancing awareness and responsibility of the entities involved in political theory education for key local officials; (2) Innovating the content and methods of teaching and learning political theory; (3) Innovating the management organization of political theory education for key local officials; (4) Innovating the assessment and evaluation of the quality of political theory education for key local officials; (5) Regularly summarizing, drawing experience, and recognizing and rewarding achievements in political theory education for key local officials./.
