Firstly, the thesis introduces a new approach to the study of the housing market for workers in industrial zones.
Secondly, the thesis elucidates several fundamental theoretical issues concerning the housing market for industrial zone workers, specifically addressing the following: concepts, characteristics, roles, components, evaluation criteria, and factors influencing the housing market for workers in industrial zones.
Thirdly, develops an analytical framework for the housing market for industrial zone workers from the perspective of political economy.
New points drawn from the research and survey results:
The analytical thesis analyzes and evaluates the current state of the housing market for workers in industrial zones within Vinh Phuc Province during the period from 2014 to 2023, identifying both achievements and limitations, as well as the underlying causes of these outcomes.
Building on this analysis, the dissertation forecasts future trends and presents fundamental perspectives aimed at developing the housing market for industrial zone workers in Vinh Phuc province up to the year 2030.
To continue the development of the housing market for workers in indutrial zones within Vinh Phuc province, the analytical thesis proposes several fundamental solutions:
(1) Group of solutions to improve the mechanisms and policies for housing development and support for workers.
(2) Group of solutions to influence the supply of housing for workers.
(3) Group of solutions to influence the demand for houssing for workers.
(4) Group of solutions to impact housing prices in industrial zones;
(5) Establishing an intermediary system for the housing market;
(6) Enhancing the leadership role of Party organizations at all levels, from provincial to grassroots, in developing and managing the housing market for workers.
