Information of the doctoral thesis: “Vietnam’s Agricultural exports to the Eurasian Economic Union market under the Vietnam-Eurasion Economic Union Free Trade Agreement”

New academic and theoretical contributions:

The thesis defines the concept and clarifies the charateristics of agricultural exports to an economic union market under the conditions of implementing a free trade agreement.

The thesis proposes a research framework to evaluate the impact of factors on Vietnam’s agricultural exports to the EAEU market under the conditions of implementing the Vietnam-EAEU Free Trade Agreement, incorporating two new factors into the model: the Covid-19 pandemic and the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine. 

New points drawn from the research and survey results:

The thesis provides a basis showing that Vietnam can continue to sign free trade agreements to expand the international agricultural export market.

The thesis provides scientific grounds for developing programs, plans, and solutions to promote Vietnam’s agricultural exports to the EAEU market in the coming period.
