The findings of the dissertation contribute to clarifying the theoretical content of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on youth mobilization and its application in the practical context of Ho Chi Minh City.
At the same time, it provides a scientific foundation for Ho Chi Minh City to formulate plans, action programs, and solutions for youth mobilization in the coming period.
New findings and main results of the thesis:
Based on the theoretical framework, the author evaluates the current situation and identifies the underlying causes of both achievements and limitations in youth mobilization in Ho Chi Minh City, viewed through the lens of Ho Chi Minh's ideology. Furthermore, the dissertation highlights emerging issues that require attention in the city's youth mobilization efforts today.
Based on analyzing influencing factors, the dissertation proposes six orientations and three major groups of solutions aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of youth mobilization in Ho Chi Minh City in the coming period, in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology.
