Based on inheriting and selectively absorbing the results of related scientific works, the dissertation has systematized the theoretical basis of the leadership role of the Da Nang City Party Committee in the development of the marine economy. The dissertation contributes to clarifying the correctness of the Party’s views and policies on marine economic development and demonstrates the creative application of the Party’s policies and guidelines to local practice, specifically in Da Nang city.
New findings derived from research and surveys:
This dissertation reconstructs the process of the Da Nang city Party Committee’s leadership in developing the marine economy from 2007 to 2020; it analyzes the natural, economic, and social characteristics of the locality as a basis for drawing conclusions about leadership experience. The observations, assessments, and experiences drawn from the leadership of the Da nang city Party Committee from 2007 to 2020 are scientifically sound.
The research findings of this thesis provide data adn suggest some issues of reference regarding marine economic development for the Da nang city Party Committee and People’s Committee, as well as relevant departments and agencies, to build and supplement policies, mechanisms, and solutions for the rapid and sustainable development of the marine ecônmy in Da nang city./.
