Regarding new academics and theoretical contributions:

The thesis supplement the development of role concepts the grassroots political system, and build a development plan; Building a theoretical framework for development village building and the role of the grassroots political system in development village building in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

Contribute to clarifying the model of the grassroots political system, from its structure, function and role in socio-political life. Identify scientific arguments for promoting the role of the grassroots political system in the process of building development in Laos today.

New points drawn from research and survey results:

Clarify the current status of implementing the role of the grassroots political system in building development villages in Luang Prabang province in the period 2014-2023; clearly state the issues raised and identify and evaluate the influence of objective and subjective factors on the role of the grassroots political system in development village construction in Luang Prabang province. The basic viewpoints and solutions given in the thesis will provide the political system of Luang Prabang province with important arguments to better promote the role of the grassroots political system in building development version in the near future.

Provide scientific and practical arguments for building and perfecting the grassroots political system, promoting the role of the grassroots political system in development in Luang Prabang province. The research results in the thesis can be used as a reference for research, teaching, learning and practical activities related to the 3-build program, especially the construction of development villages in Laos.
