On the morning of 11th November 2024, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics organised the opening ceremony of the training course to foster and update knowledge for chairmen and vice chairmen of the Inspection Commission of the Party’s Committee of cities and provinces under the central management and equivalent in 2024. Prof. Dr. Le Van Loi, Vice President of the Academy, attended and chaired the event.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course, Prof. Dr. Le Van Loi said that the practical work of Party building and rectification in recent times has shown the very important role of leaders and managers at all levels in general, and the contingent of leaders of the inspection work at the Party committees in particular. In order to contribute to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party to meet the requirements of the Vietnamese revolution in the current "acceleration" period, leaders and managers at all levels are required to be trained and fostered to improve their knowledge, skills, innovate their thinking, vision, methods, and working style, and possess all the political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, capacity, and prestige to meet the requirements and tasks in the new revolutionary period. Among these leaders and managers are chairmen and vice chairmen of the Inspection Commission at the provincial Party Committees and equivalent.
Prof. Dr. Le Van Loi said the Academy coordinated with the Organisation Commission, Inspection Commission, other Commissions of the Party Central Committee, and local Party committees to develop and perfect the training course to ensure timeliness and update new knowledge for leaders and managers. The course is organised to continue fostering and improving theoretical level, complete leadership and management skills of the officials who are chairmen and vice chairmen of the Party Committee’s Inspection Commission at centrally run cities and provinces and equivalent to meet requirements of national development in the new period.
