The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics coordinated with the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission to open the opening ceremony of the 14th Central Committee Training Course for Planning Cadres (4th Class) in Ha Noi on May 26.

Delivering a speech at the opening ceremony, on behalf of the Politburo and the Secretariat, Politburo Member cum Permanent Member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu acknowledged and highly appreciated the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics for their good coordination in organising 3 training courses to update knowledge for Central Committee Planning Cadres; prepare thoroughly, systematically, update new issues, and fundamental, important content of the country in the current period for this training course programme.
Permanent Member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu suggested that the trainees need to uphold their sense of responsibility, make efforts to study, research, and excellently complete the proposed course contents and programmes.
Overview of the event
The class must truly be a forum for trainees to exchange and discuss in order to gain a clearer and deeper understanding of theoretical and practical issues, and at the same time, share experiences in leadership, management, and operation to gain more thinking, skills, and experience in performing tasks.
He also underscored the need to pay special attention to promoting the initiative and creativity of the planning cadres, with a focus on the interaction between the communicator and the researcher, effectively implementing the motto “learning goes hand in hand with practice”, theory is linked to practice; and regularly inspecting and supervising the learning and training process, while at the same time creating all favourable conditions for the cadres to complete their learning tasks well.
