Vietnamese Party chief's article highlights mettle, wisdom, and achievements of Laos after 50 years of founding
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (LPDR), General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) To Lam wrote an article titled "50 years of the Lao People's Democratic Republic: Mettle, Wisdom, and Achievements bearing the Imprint of the Times" which was published in the Lao newspaper Pasaxon, praising the mettle, wisdom, and achievements bearing the imprint of the times of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, the Government, and the people of the Lao ethnic groups.
